Breyton, the owner, was closely involved with myself and the ATOC Team to create processes around how the sites would be managed post upgrade. 

These included the hierarchal control of operators, through to alarm management, user management, site management & notifications.

Breyton also designed the GUI that all sites could be managed from one screen, effectively and efficiently.

This has saved large amounts of time and money in training costs across the business.

The initial design of the sites through to the handover and training of my Team has been excellent in all respects and enabled us to continue responding to faults within the agreed AT Response times during the transition period and beyond.
